Section 53
Amendments to the purchase agreement
The purchase agreement may be amended with the written consent of both parties unless otherwise provided in the purchase agreement so that the basic nature or area of the work is not changed. However, when issuing a variation order according to section 54 or making price adjustments according to section 55, there is no need to amend the purchase agreement.
